Provenance Venture Partners, LLC (Provenance) is an investment vehicle for a distinguished network of high net worth individual and institutional investors with a demonstrated interest and belief in the sheer potential of emerging technological innovations, and a desire to commit investment capital toward related venture opportunities. Provenance serves as a potential source of seed capital for Forge venture creation activities, and other early stage investment opportunities sourced directly or through outside networking channels. With the backing of its institutional membership, Provenance is also uniquely positioned to bring more substantial capital to bear for later stage investment opportunities and follow-on investments in existing portfolio companies as may arise from time to time.

Provenance focuses on making investments in opportunities leveraging truly novel materials, process, instrumentation, equipment and/or product innovations with clearly identified and significant applicability to one or more market domains. Current domains of interest include, but are not limited to, energy, power, fine/specialty chemical, petrochemical, life sciences (excluding drugs/therapeutics), consumer products, electronics/semiconductor, security and/or construction. However, we reserve the right to be opportunistic on occasions when compelling and commercially viable opportunities arise which do not fit comfortably within our target domains.
